DTTeam Booking is a scheduling page operated by DT TEAM BUILDER LLC. This page explains what we collect when you book an appointment, why we collect it, and who else sees it. We have tried to describe what the system actually does rather than list every possibility.
What we collect when you book
The booking form asks for the information the person you are meeting needs in order to prepare. Today that is:
- Your name, phone number, and email address
- What you would like to discuss, and your state
- Who referred you, if anyone
- Anything you type into the comments box, and any other question the team has added to the form
- The date, time, and time zone of the appointment
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, or health records through this form.
Why we collect it
- To schedule the appointment and hold the time
- To send you confirmations, reminders, and a link to reschedule or cancel
- To let the team member you booked with prepare for the meeting and follow up with you afterwards
Who else sees it
- The team member you booked with. They see everything you entered.
- Our customer records. Your appointment is recorded in the team's internal CRM so they can follow up. That record holds your name, phone, state, what you wanted to discuss, and your appointment time.
- Google Calendar. The appointment is written to that team member's calendar, including your name and the details above, so it is visible to them and to anyone they share their calendar with.
- Zoom, when the appointment is a video meeting — to create the meeting and its join link.
- Our service providers, who process data on our behalf: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (sending email).
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Reviews
If you choose to leave a review after an appointment, we store your name, rating, and comment. A review is only shown publicly on the booking page if the team both approves it and marks it public.
Google user data (for team members who connect a calendar)
This section applies to the people who run booking pages, not to customers booking an appointment.
When a team member connects their Google Calendar, we ask Google for permission to:
- See when they are busy (
calendar.freebusy) — so that times they are already booked are hidden from the public page. We read only busy/free time blocks, never the contents, titles, or guests of their events. - Create and update calendar events (
calendar.events) — so a new appointment appears on their calendar, moves when it is rescheduled, and is removed when it is cancelled. - Know which Google account connected (
openid,email).
We store the access credentials Google gives us, the email address of the connected account, and which calendar to use. We use this access only for the scheduling features described above. We do not use it to build profiles, we do not sell it, we do not transfer it to others except the service providers listed above, and we do not let humans read it except where you ask us to for support, where it is needed for security, or where the law requires it. A team member can disconnect at any time from Settings → Calendar & meetings, or from their Google account permissions page — which revokes our access.
Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
How long we keep it
Appointment records are kept as long as the team keeps them for their business records. A team member's calendar credentials are deleted when they disconnect. You can ask us to delete your information using the email address at the bottom of this page, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Your choices
- The confirmation email includes a link to reschedule or cancel.
- You can email us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it.
Children
This booking page is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change what we collect or who we share it with, we will update this page and the date at the top.
